Taiyo Oil receives letter of appreciation from Ehime Prefecture

2022.04.27

In March of this year, Taiyo Oil (President & CEO: Yutaka Oka) contributed relief money for the “July 2018 heavy-rain disaster” and donation money for measures against the infectious disease COVID-19 to Ehime Prefecture where the company’s Shikoku Operations is located.

A related donation-presentation ceremony was recently held at the Ehime Prefectural Office at which Representative Member of the Board & Senior Vice President Teruaki Sasaki gave Ehime Prefectural Governor Tokihiro Nakamura a donation list. Governor Nakamura gave Taiyo Oil a letter of appreciation and commented, “The disaster-affected regions and the people of our prefecture believe in the future and are making progress.  We shall use this money effectively.”

Taiyo Oil sincerely hopes that the regions affected by the heavy-rain disaster recover as soon as possible and that the situation regarding the infectious disease COVID-19 quickly comes to an end.
